Hi, I’m Deahn, the Melbourne-based founder behind eseí.

Before eseí, I spent more than a decade working in beauty and skin — first as a makeup artist and later as a Registered Nurse working in cosmetics. I’ve always loved helping women feel good in their skin, whether that meant getting them ready for a big night, helping them understand their skin or showing them little ways to bring back their glow.

Having acne-prone skin myself, I also know how much the way your skin looks and feels can affect how you feel.

Over the years, I kept noticing the same thing. Most of us don’t want complicated 10-step routines or to look like a completely different person.

We just want healthy-looking, glowy skin that makes us feel comfy and confident in ourselves.

That idea became eseí.

Why eseí

My Greek heritage has always been a huge source of inspiration for me — the warmth, the Mediterranean summers and that effortless, healthy-looking glow.

But living in Australia, I also knew that chasing a tan through UV exposure wasn’t something I wanted to encourage. So some of eseí’s first products were created to give you that believable sun-kissed glow while putting skincare first.

Since then, eseí has grown beyond tanning.

From deeply nourished lips to everyday hydration and UV-free glow, I want every eseí product to earn its place in your routine: high-quality, hardworking skincare that feels beautiful to use without making things complicated.

It’s skincare designed to help you feel comfy and glowy in your own skin.

And the name says it all — eseí means “you” in Greek.
